This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how VacationWares.com manages cancellations, changes, and refund requests for travel services booked through our website, mobile platforms, or customer support team.
By confirming a booking with VacationWares.com, you agree to comply with this Policy as well as the terms and conditions of the applicable airline, hotel, car rental, tour operator, or other travel service providers (collectively referred to as “Travel Service Providers”).
VacationWares.com acts as an intermediary between you and the Travel Service Providers. While we facilitate the booking process, all cancellations, changes, and refunds are ultimately governed by the policies of the Travel Service Providers associated with your booking.
Refunds may take up to 3 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on the provider.

In addition to provider-imposed fees, VacationWares.com may charge a non-refundable service fee for handling cancellations, changes, or refund requests. This fee is separate from supplier charges and covers administrative processing.

VacationWares.com will update you once confirmation is received from the Travel Service Provider. Please note that we cannot expedite refunds beyond the provider’s capacity.
If your flight, hotel, or service is cancelled by the Travel Service Provider, your refund or rebooking options will be determined according to that provider’s policies. VacationWares.com will assist you with the process but is not responsible for the provider’s final decision.
Failure to check in or appear for a booked service (airline, hotel, car rental, etc.) will result in the loss of the full booking amount. No refunds are issued for no-shows.
